The Kiturami Group (chairman Choi Jinmin) announced that its main affiliates of the air conditioning business have received a commendation for merit (Century Co., Ltd., Kiturami-Bumyang Air Conditioning Co., Ltd., and Shinsung Engineering Co., Ltd.) at the “7th Mechanical Equipment Day” commemoration ceremony held at the Korea Science and Technology Center. 

Cho Yong-hun, managing director of Century Co., Ltd., was awarded the Prime Minister's Award in recognition of his contribution to the development of the air conditioning industry and enhancement of international status.

Cho Yunjin, general manager of Kiturami-Bumyang Air Conditioning was awarded the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Award in recognition of his efforts to develop locoal refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and technology.

Kim Gisu, general manager of Shinsung Engineering was awarded the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Award for his contribution to industrial development through R&D on air conditioning and heating equipment.

"It is our honor to receive the award, since our employees made efforts for the development of the air-conditioning industry are recognized. We will continue to develop our employees’ competencies for industrial development and national competitiveness improvement,” said an official from Kiturami Group.
