Kiturami Energy recently concluded a business contract with SCG Lab, an IT solution company specializing in city gas. 

Kiturami Energy is expected to improve the level of customer service and business efficiency significantly by introducing various utility services within “PATH,”

a city gas platform operated by SCG Lab.

Kiturami Energy will first introduce the mobile customer center “Gas App,” the representative service of PATH. “Gas App” is a mobile service
that provides all the functions needed for city gas business. This app supports city gas's representative customer contact tasks conveniently such as fee inquiry and payment, visit reservation, self-metering, and application for fee reduction using a mobile device without visiting or waiting for long phone calls.

“We signed a business agreement with SCG Lab to provide improved level of service to customers by security high-quality customer contact channels,” said Lee Myeong-ho, CEO of Kiturami Energy.
