Consulting selected 38 out of 111 companies in 21 industries surveyed as
excellent companies
- Kiturami scored 76.9 points,
the highest score in the heating mat sector; the only one to get an excellent
grade
Kiturami Co.,
Ltd. (CEO Choi Jae-bum) announced that it was named excellent company in the
heating mat sector in the “2021 Korea Consumer Protection Index (KCPI)” released
by the Korea Management Association Consulting.
The Korean
Consumer Protection Index (KCPI) is an index indicating how consumers feel
about the quality of consumer protection of each company. Companies with
above-average scores for each industry sector will be given excellent grades,
and “KCPI Excellent Companies” will be announced by
dividing them into finance, telecommunications, automobiles, and home
appliances.
This year, a
total of 38 out of 111 companies in 21 industries were selected as “KCPI Excellent
Companies,” and Kiturami was the only company to acquire an excellent grade in
the heating mat sector.
Kiturami
recorded the highest points in the heating mat sector in all detailed survey
items, and it was selected as an excellent company in the "2021 Korea
Consumer Protection Index" with total score of 76.9.
Since entering
the domestic thermal mat market in 2011, Kiturami has been leading the premium
heating mat market for the past 10 years.
In particular,
following the launch of the carbon mat—a new-concept heating mat—for the first
time in the boiler industry last year, it is leading the generation change in
the heating mat market by introducing the “2022 model 3rd-generation
carbon mat Ondol” with enhanced carbon heating elements and convenience
functions.
In
addition, Kiturami has established a smartphone-based mobile follow-up
management system, dramatically shortening the service process, and it has been
revolutionizing after-sales services such as implementing the “Customer Safe
Text Service” and “Happy Call System.”
