Kiturami Holdings Co., Ltd. (CEO Song Gyeong-seok) announced that it achieved record-high sales of KRW 1.202 trillion and an operating profit of KRW 35.4 billion on a consolidated basis last year.      

Despite market headwinds such as a global economic downturn and climbing raw material prices last year, sales revenue and operating profit grew by 24% and 43% in 2022 compared to 2021, respectively. 

The good performance last year was attributed to the consistent growth in sales of heating, air conditioning, and energy subsidiaries, which are the main business lines under the Kiturami Group.               

It recorded stable revenue growth driven by the performance of the heating affiliate called Kiturami Boiler, Co. Ltd, Kiturami Bumyang Air Conditioning Co. Ltd, Shinsung Engineering Co. Ltd, and the energy affiliate called Century Co. Ltd (formerly Kiturami Energy).

A Kiturami Holdings official said, “With our transition to a holding company structure, we are well positioned by securing a robust business portfolio that strengthens the expertise and competitiveness of each business line affiliate.” He added, “As an integrated air-conditioning, heating, and energy group, this year will be marked by our efforts to further solidify internal stability.”

Meanwhile, after recording KRW 300 billion in sales in 2001 through the boiler manufacture business, Kiturami Group has emerge as an integrated air conditioning, heating and energy group by expanding its business lines to air conditioning units, HVAC systems, and energy to.
