Kiturami Boiler received the highest score in the industry in all detailed survey items of the Brand Customer Loyalty Index (BCLI), including ▲brand trust, ▲brand affinity, ▲repurchase intention, ▲recommendation intention, and ▲conversion intention, being top ranked with a total score of 27.19 points.
