Kiturami Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Jae-bum ) revealed on the 2nd that Kiturami Boiler has been ranked No. 1 in the household boiler category for seven consecutive years, based on the result of a consumer survey of the '2023 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards' jointly announced by Brand Keys, one of the top-10 U.S. brand evaluation agencies, and the Korea Consumer Forum.

 

Kiturami Boiler received the highest score in the industry in all detailed survey items of the Brand Customer Loyalty Index (BCLI), including ▲brand trust, ▲brand affinity, ▲repurchase intention, ▲recommendation intention, and ▲conversion intention, being top ranked with a total score of 27.19 points.
