Kiturami Group (Chairman Choi Jin-min) announced that it had delivered ‘Kiturami Scholarships’ to Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do and Dong-gu, Daegu.  

The scholarship donations amount to KRW 50 million each for Cheongju-si, North Chungcheong Province, and Dong-gu, Daegu.         

The Kiturami Scholarship is provided to encourage the studies of scholarship recipients recommended by each municipality, including children showing excellent academic ability and from low-income families.         

An Kiturami Group official said, “We hope that the students who received Kiturami scholarships will take a weight off their financial burdens, and pursue their dreams. Kiturami Group will commit to constantly fulfilling our corporate social responsibility through various social contribution projects.”                  

Meanwhile, Kiturami Group has been carrying out social contribution projects worth a total of KRW 51 billion for 38 years, including scholarship programs, academic research support projects, and educational institution development funds through the Kiturami Cultural Foundation and the Kiturami Welfare Foundation.
