(CEO Hak-soo Kim) announced that Kiturami Boiler has been recognized to be top-ranked in the household boiler category for eight years straight according to the consumer survey called '2024 Customer Loyalty Engagement Index' jointly announced by Brand Keys, a top-10 U.S.-based brand research consultancy, and the Korea Consumer Forum.
Kiturami Boiler also earned a total score of 26.34 points on the Brand Customer Loyalty Index (BCLI) and has been well praised as the brand with the highest consumer loyalty in the household boiler industry. In all five separate indicators, including ▲brand trust level, ▲brand loyalty level, ▲repurchase rate, ▲recommendation rate, and ▲ conversion rate, the highest scores in the industry were achieved.
