Kiturami Group (Chairman Jin-min Choi) announced that it had granted ‘Kiturami Scholarship’ awards to students in Naju-si, Jeollanam-do and Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do.
The scholarship amount is KRW 50 million for Naju City and KRW 30 million for Hwasun County.
The Kiturami Scholarship is provided to foster the academic dreams and pursuits of scholarship students recommended by each municipality.
A Kiturami Group official said, “We hope that students awarded the Kiturami Scholarship grants can pursue their dreams without being constrained by financial burdens. As always, Kiturami Group will continue to fulfill its corporate social responsibility through various social contribution projects.”
Meanwhile, Kiturami Group has been proactively undertaking social contribution projects worth a total of KRW 53.3 billion for the last 39 years, including scholarship programs, academic research support projects, and educational institution development funds through the Kiturami Cultural Foundation and the Kiturami Welfare Foundation.
