Kiturami Group (Chairman Jin-min Choi) announced the planned kickoff of ‘Kiturami Clean Tennis 13’ in Gocheok-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul, with state-of-the-art ventilation, cogeneration, and heating and cooling systems.

With a total floor area of 10,000 m2, Kiturami Clean Tennis 13 features eight new world-class double-layer indoor courts that meet international standards, and is operated all year round with three indoor courts and two outdoor courts in the existing tennis court, which opened in 2017, totaling 13 courts in all.

In particular, Kiturami Clean Tennis 13 is furnished with Kiturami Group's cutting-edge ventilation, power generation, and cooling and heating systems, including △ floor ventilation system, △ micro CHP, △ ECO condensing medium-sized cascade, and △ oil-free turbo refrigerator, providing a comfortable environment to enjoy exercise all year round.

Kiturami Clean Tennis 13 uses a floor ventilation system for the first time in S. Korea. Dust emitted from tennis balls and indoor fine dust are quickly discharged from the intake port installed under the net and at the bottom of the wall.

Micro CHP (combined heat & power) generates electricity and supplies it to the tennis court, and waste heat generated during the power generation process is reused for heating and cooling. Additionally, this energy technology can also be used as an emergency generator.

Alternatively, the ECO condensing medium-sized cascade system connects several eco-friendly, high-efficiency boilers to supply large amounts of hot water and heating within the facility. The oil-free turbo refrigerator produces cold water using electricity generated by the micro CHP, with a constant temperature and humidity of 23 degrees being maintained all year round.
