Kiturami Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Hak-soo) announced that Kiturami Boiler was selected as an excellent company in the home boiler sector for four consecutive years in the ‘2024 Call Center Quality Index (KS-CQI)’ survey conducted by the Korea Standards Association.

 

Kiturami Boiler was again recognized for its excellent call center quality this year by attaining consistent scores in the main evaluation items of the Call Center Quality Index.

 

Kiturami is establishing a fast and convenient call center service environment centered on the ‘Kiturami Boiler KakaoTalk Channel’, which is the first in the industry to exceed 500,000 subscribers.

 

Additionally, Kiturami continues to always provide high-quality consultation services by improving the working conditions of call center counselors and enhancing their job skills.
