Kiturami Group (Chairman Jin-min Choi) announced that it has delivered the ‘Kiturami Scholarship’ to two municipalities, including Ulsan Metropolitan City and Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam.
The scholarship amount totals KRW 100 million each for Ulsan Metropolitan City and Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam.
The Kiturami Scholarship is provided to incentivize the academic achievements of scholarship recipient students recommended by each municipality.
A Kiturami Group official said, “We hope that students who receive the Kiturami Scholarship are encouraged to pursue their dreams by relieving financial burdens. The Kiturami Group will keep on fulfilling its corporate social responsibility through various social contribution projects like this.”
Meanwhile, the Kiturami Group has been undertaking social contribution projects totaling KRW 55.3 billion over 39 years, including scholarship programs, academic research support programs, and educational institution development funds through the Kiturami Cultural Foundation and the Kiturami Welfare Foundation.
